Samsung Galaxy Tab A and Tab E officially launched in India. Galaxy Tab A sports 8 inch XGA (1024 X 768) display with 4:3 aspect ratio. It is powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 410 (64bit) with 2GB RAM. 16GB internal storage is provided with memory expansion slot up to 128GB hence there is no issue for storing multimedia files on the device.
Dimensions of the device are 137.9 X 208.4 X 7.5mm and it weighs 320g. Tab A comes with 4G enabled single micro sim card slot, following are the 4G bands supported.
- FDD LTE – B1(2100), B3(1800), B5(850), B7(2600), B8(900), B28(700)
- TDD LTE – B4(2300)
It has 5MP rear camera and 2MP front camera. Tab A is running on Android 5 Lollipop with Samsung’s own TouchWiz.
