After successful YUREKA, today YU launched it’s next SmartPhone named YUPHORIA. To remind you this name Yuphoria was selected through crowd-source. YU ran a contest to name its next SmartPhone and they selected Yuphoria as name for their new device.

It has 5″ TFT IPS display with resolution of 720 X 1280. Screen is protected by Gorilla Glass 3 with Full Lamination Display. Yuphoria is powered by 1.2GHz Quad-core Snapdragon 410 chipset (64bit) & Adreno 306 GPU. Regarding storage, it comes with 16GB internal storage with 2GB DDR3 RAM, there is SD card slot for memory expansion. It is a dual sim device with 4G support in India.
YU Yuphoria has symmetrical design body with metal ring around the sides to give it premium look and feel. Dimensions of device are 142.38 X 72.96 X 8.2 mmand weighs 143g. Rear camera on Yuphoria is 8MP f/2.2, LED Flash and Slow motion video recording is supported. Front camera is 5MP with 86 degree wide angle lens for selfie.
YU Yuphoria comes with Cynanogenmod 12 based on Android 5.0.2 Lollipop. CM12 has integrated True Caller, App Themer & AudioFX in software provided on Yuphoria. It has removable 2230 mAh battery with Quick Charge 1.0, which can charge phone up to 65% in 45 minutes. There are 2 color options Buffed Steel (Black back) & Champagne Gold (White back).
