In July this year, Xolo introduced first smartphone under “BLACK” branding, Xolo Black which was priced at Rs.12999. Today Xolo announced second smartphone in same series, Xolo Black 1X, priced at Rs.9999. Unlike its predecessor the Black 1X sports compact 5 inch Full HD display (v/s 5.5 inch on Xolo Black). The smartphone will be available via Flash Sale exclusively on Snapdeal from 6th November.

Design and finishing looks unique, it is made from combination of leather, metal and glass at the back. The Xolo Black 1X measures 144.6 X 72 X 7.6 mm and it weighs 125 grams. On front, there is 5 inch Full HD On-Cell IPS display with 80% NTSC color gamut and 5MP front camera with flash on top. The device is powered by Octa core MT6753 SoC clocked at 1.3GHz coupled with Mali-T720 GPU.
The dual sim device comes with hybrid sim slot where you can either use 2 sim cards (nano sim + nano sim) or 1 sim card and a microSD card up to 128GB. Note that both sim cards support 4G network. The Xolo Black 1X comes with 32GB internal storage and 3GB RAM. The device runs on HIVE UI based on Android 5.1 Lollipop. HIVE UI comes loaded with cool icon packs and designer wallpapers. There is 13MP rear camera with LED flash which can record videos in Full HD. Other camera features include Image Stabilization, Auto Scene detection & tuning, High Dynamic Range (HDR), Face recognition(For focusing as well as in Gallery), Red eye, Geo tagging and Panorama capture.
The device comes with all major sensors such as Ambient Light Sensor, Magnetometer, Gyroscope & Proximity sensor. Connectivity features of the device include WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG. Registration for the Flash sale has already started on Snapdeal.
