Oppo recently announced Oppo Mirror 5 in India for Rs.15990. This mid range device comes with 5 inch qHD (960 X 540) display instead of HD (1280 X 720) which is seen on many Smartphones these days. Under 15k there are Full HD devices like Lenovo K3 Note, Xiaomi Mi4, YU Yureka Plus etc. The handset is similar to Oppo Mirror 5s (Global variant) except display resolution as 5s comes with 1280 X 720 HD display.
Oppo Mirror 5 is Dual Sim device with 3G connectivity support (No 4G as per specifications on Oppo website). The device is powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 410 (MSM8916) clocked at 1.2GHz with Adreno 306 GPU. The handset features Diamond like mirror surface on back. Mirror 5 runs on Android 5 Lollipop with Oppo’s own ColorOS 2.1 skin on top. ColorOS comes with features like Smart Clearance, Home Screen Management (like shake to arrange icons, quick transfer etc.) and Lock Screen Notifications. Other features include Screen off Gestures, Single Hand Mode and Lengthy Screen Shot.
It has 16GB internal storage and 2GB RAM. Memory can be expanded via SD card up to 128GB. Dimensions of the device are 143.4 X 71.2 X 7.65 mm and it weighs 160g. Oppo Mirror 5 comes with 2420 mAh capacity battery. Other connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS & USB OTG. Mirror 5 comes with all basic sensors like Light, G-Sensor, E-Compass and IR Remote. For photography it comes with 8MP rear camera with Flash and 5MP front camera
Oppo Mirror 5 will be available in White and Blue color options and it is priced at Rs.15990.
