Micromax has launched new device Canvas Sliver 5 today at event in Delhi. It is just 5.1mm thin and weighs only 97g. Canvas Sliver 5 is crafted from aircraft grade aluminium and has 4.8″ HD Amoled display with Gorilla Glass 3 protection.
It is powered by Quad-core Snapdragon 410 with 2GB DDR3 RAM. For storage there is 16GB internal memory and NO memory card slot. Primary camera is of 8MP Sony IMX219 sensor with blue glass filter and front camera is of 5MP. This Smartphone comes with Android 5 Lollipop. Single sim on Canvas Sliver 5 supports 4G LTE.
Micromax included Dirac HD Sound and NXP Smart PA to enhance sound experience on phone. It comes with 2000 mAh Li-Po battery and the device is priced at Rs.17999. The smart phone will be available from July, 2015 in online and offline stores as well.
