After launching Lava Pixel V1 in July this year, Lava has launched Lava Pixel V2 in India for the price of Rs.10750. Pixel V2 is NOT Android One device but it comes with latest Android 5.1 Lollipop.

Lava Pixel V2 sports 5 inch 720p HD display which is protected by Asahi Dragon Trail Glass. Though it runs on Android 5.1 Lollipop, it comes with Lava’ custom UI Star OS 2.0. The device is powered by 1.3GHz Quad-core MT6735 coupled with Mali-T720 GPU. It has 16GB internal storage and 2GB DDR3 RAM. Memory can be further expanded via microSD card up to 32GB.

Lava Pixel V2 features 13MP rear camera, 1.4 Micron Large pixel size, 5 layer Largan^TM Lens with blue Glass filter, F2.0 Aperture with dual LED flash. 8MP front camera features 1.4 Micron Large pixel size, 4 layer Largan^TM Lens with 84 degree wide angle lens, F2.4 Aperture with LED flash. Other camera features include Full HD video recording, Beauty-fi software, Pro Focus, Pano Selfie, and Night Pro.

Dual Sim Lava Pixel V2 also supports 4G network (FDD LTE 1800MHz & TDD LTE 2300MHz) in India. Both sim support 4G but only 1 sim slot can be 4G at a time. The handset comes with 2500 mAh battery and it can get you more than 9 hour of Talk time on 3G. Other connectivity features include WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS and USB OTG.
